This website does not collect personal data through forms. When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, address and details of your project.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to carry out and manage your project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party marketing.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for up to 6 years after a project ends to meet legal and accounting obligations.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and is only loaded if you choose to load it; Google may then set cookies in line with its own privacy policy.
